Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before submitting a decoration request. A request is not a confirmed booking until Sérish approves it and verifies the required deposit.
Booking
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking date.
- The remaining balance is due one day before the event.
- A slot is only secured after proof of payment has been received and verified.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed when Sérish is informed at least five days before the event, subject to availability.
- No changes, cancellations, or refunds are allowed within five days of the event.
Setup and collection
- Setup normally begins one to two hours before the event.
- The venue must be ready and accessible at the agreed setup time.
- All rented items must be returned in good condition.
Damages
- Any lost or damaged item will be charged accordingly.
- Charges may also apply to candles or decorative items that are used, lit, altered, or damaged without prior agreement.
Design and media rights
- Sérish may make reasonable adjustments to the setup to achieve the best presentation.
- Photos of the completed setup may be shared on Sérish’s social media pages unless the customer requests otherwise.
Outdoor events
- Sérish is not responsible for weather-related issues after the setup has been completed.
- Customers are encouraged to arrange a covered venue or backup plan for outdoor events.
Client responsibility
- Sérish provides table-decoration services only and does not make or confirm restaurant reservations. Customers must confirm their booking directly with the restaurant beforehand.
- Customers must obtain all necessary permissions from the venue before setup.
- Sérish is not liable for restrictions or delays caused by venue rules, venue staff, or venue management.
